Illustrated with 120 full-colour photographs of aircraft on the ground and in the air, this book takes a visual tour of the aircraft in service with the USAF and US Navy in the late 1950s and early 1960s. It is the period between the end of the Korean War and the first engagements in Vietnam, when more types of aircraft were in service than at any time since 1945.
